RE: [cobalt-users] Cube 3 and SSL

One question about the use of SSL.
If I have a page on the server, and the server has a certificate, then
https: //doain.com/page.html gets the page.
But http://domain.com/page.html also gives the same info.
How can you force the use of SSL? Prevent the page being shown over an
insecure link?

Not so obviously. The certificate should cover something like
"www.yourdomain.com" which is the site hosted on your Qube. Anything
within that site is also covered. So, assuming you have only one site,
you should only need one cert.

You use encryption on a site by requesting the https:// service (note
the 's' at the end) instead of the standard http:// service. That should
do it.
