Not so obviously. The certificate should cover something like
"www.yourdomain.com" which is the site hosted on your Qube. Anything
within that site is also covered. So, assuming you have only one site,
you should only need one cert.

You use encryption on a site by requesting the https:// service (note
the 's' at the end) instead of the standard http:// service. That should
do it.
