Has UK2 stopped that dumb 3 years in advance? If so I want one :-). Saying
that my colo (Cobaltracks) are doing a free memory upgrade to 128Mb and
dropping the price by 10 bucks so I cant complain :-)

Hi !

They charged you $100 for a reboot ?  THAT is strange and I can
understand why you are looking for someone new.
We have one RaQ with UK2.net and they reboot for free ;-)

In general they deliver no support, but you can sign in for a support
programm which is not too expensive and then you'll get help.

If you like a CoLo in germany I also could give you some hints.
