Hi !
They charged you $100 for a reboot ? THAT is strange and I can
understand why you are looking for someone new.
We have one RaQ with UK2.net and they reboot for free ;-)
In general they deliver no support, but you can sign in for a support
programm which is not too expensive and then you'll get help.

If you like a CoLo in germany I also could give you some hints.
