Typically, the RAQ line is an "appliance"....if all goes well, you don't
really need to constantly watch them, fiddle with them, Unless:
A.
You want to do something that Cobalt figures you shouldn't;
it will void your generous 30 day warranty,
it may be something that would make your system
something more complicated than an "appliance"
If you insist on not doing it the "Cobalt Way";
there are many folks here that will point you in good directions,
you WILL void your generous 30 day warranty,
If you ask Cobalt to help you now, they charge $200 bucks and hour
B.
You install some of the Cobalt patches that do not work.
C.
Sadly, someone does hack into your system
D.
You have users that know more about the system than you do, or
think they do, and who manage to screw things up.

Probably...most folks comment on problems and the fix/nofix for same.

None of us would know how much self-inflicted pain another enjoys...but
rest assured, if you do have a problem, there are many people here who
will help you...at some point, all of us started as new-bees...and,
amazingly enough, they've lived through it.
Welcome to the crowd.
