You can check the /etc/locks directory and see if it is listed there.
When the gui runs a script it will lock the file in question in that
directory. I have had the system get stuck on deleting a virtual site and
after deleting the file in /etc/locks everything was fine. You will be
looking for a name in all caps, not the entries labled group. Hope this
