That sounds about like the company I work for.  We don't charge for things
like rebooting a system, etc., and offer lots of help for folks getting
started out.  Of course, you do pay for it.  We don't nickel and dime
people to death, but our per month rate is quite a bit higher than most of
the other cutrate hosting places.  That's mostly because we have scads of
bandwidth and a good technical staff.  I've found that of the other folks
out there who offer dedicated Cobalts, they generally fall into one of two
camps: the really cheap ones who seemed to get bashed a lot for having
bandwidth and support issues, and the really not cheap ones like us who
don't get bashed (too much, anyway).
