Re: [cobalt-users] reccomendations for a collocation company



My current company charges $100 for a reboot, as they have a no
support policy. When they first set up the RAQ they did it
incorrectly and I had to rely on my 30 day cobalt support to confirm
the mistake was theirs. I guess my idea of a support is a voice I
can call to confirm their system status without being charged and
made to feel like a fool.
