Now that might be even better than the hot coffee....I would assume with
the right kind of numbers, there would be some attorney willing to do it,
since Sun is one of the companies classified as having "Deep Pockets".

Come to think of it, my home town has this attorney who owns a baseball
team and has made a huge amount of money in the asbestos class action
suit, and the tobacco settlement(so much so that the state welched on it's
contract with him).

But not to get your hopes up...one could take the position that Cobalt
released patches in a timely manner, considering that they needed to be
tested for not only proper operation, but also to not break previously
installed Cobalt software(Note: our own work arounds are not their
responsibility.

One has to wonder that if in addition to script-kiddies being on the list,
that a Sun attorney or two is reading the mail.

For those that see black helicopters overhead, one might advance the
theory that there are no script kiddies, but a Cobalt customer who
generates problems in the hope that some attorney will find a legal course
of action.

For those that not only see the black helicopters, but have observed them
while being abducted by UFO's, the theory coulld be advanced that some
attorney wishing to pursue a "deep pockets" suit colluded with someone on
this list to accentuate the problem.

The possibilities are endless, and could be as much fun as visiting the
new Juno All You Eat Buffet Eatery, where prices and conditions change as
you eat.
