[cobalt-users] RAQ4 Updates - Where to Start

I need to update my RAQ4, but have no idea how far back to go.

Looking in /var/lib/cobalt, I see
 1024 Jan 19  1998 uninstallers
  174 Jun 30  2000 InterBaseCS_LI-V6.0.md5lt
12617 Dec 28 08:50 OS-6.0.md5lst

uninstallers is empty

So, is it safe to assume that the system doesn't need the updates dated
prior to 12/28/2000? (the OS Update 1.0 shows a date of 12/21/2000 on the
Cobalt Download Page).
