RE: [cobalt-users] php and mysql installation for raq3

Ok first up MySQL is easy download the pkg from pkg.nl.cobalt.com, while
you're there download ssh server as well and install that and then disable
Telnet it is VERY insecure.

Next search the archives for info on installing PHP4 on a RaQ3 - basically
you need to either download an RPM for Redhat and install it or download the
source and compile it on the RaQ and then install it.  You will find these
instructions in detail in the archives specific to Cobalt or on the PHP site
for Redhat.

Last but most important download and install all the patches from
ftp.cobalt.com as there are some serious exploits around at the moment -
don't get caught by a hacker just as you're starting out!
