Unfortunately I don't believe so. The web based backup is really designed
for doing small backups ... not full backups.
The real solution is to do backups a different/better way.
Personally I have been using Dantz Retrospect to do backups of my Qubes, but
since the RaQ doesn't run netatalk or samba its not going to work for you.
However there is light at the end of the tunnel as Dantz are working on a
Linux client. It is still in beta but I have it in operation on a couple of
Qube3s and hope to do a RaQ4 in the next day or so.
You could use Legato instead of Retrospect, but Retrospect has a huge cost
advantage. You can check it out at;
<http:/www.dantz.com/>
or
<http://www.betterbackup.com/>
however you won't see any mention of the Linux client.
I don't feel comfortable posting the details of the download site for the
beta client, but I can give you a contact;

The download site also has a downloadable version of Retrospect 5.2-b1 to
use with the Linux client so you don't need to purchase the product to try
it. You will however need an evaluation key (good for 30 days), but one is
included in the read_me.
Cheers, Malcolm
