Hi Malcom.
This Care PaQ is a load of crap. I called to enquire about
it and the guy told me that if I had done *anything* to
the machine, including installing SSH, configuring TCP
Wrappers, installing PortSentry/LogCheck, etc, that the
warranty had already been voided. They will gladly take
your money for the Care Paq, but if they find anything that
needs fixing, they will make you pay the "Professional
Services Fee" of $200 an hour. The long and short of it
is that unless you have a completely stock machine, save
for Cobalt "approved" software or updates, you are out of
luck unless you are willing to pay $200 an hour for their
"service".
Take care.
