Hi Brandon,
when you create/add a new program for sendmail it should be placed
under the sendmail's own bin directory; which is /usr/adm/sm.bin/
Make a soft link to your program:
cd /usr/adm/sm.bin/
ln -s /path/to/the/ticketsmith-0.5/gateway.pl gateway.pl
