Actually pretty funny now...I would have been tempted to tell them to
disconnect that mouse, the one from the next closest computer, put them in
a shoe box and shut the lights...but then again, I'm not very good at
customer support.
Your points about customer service are valid...whether or not we like or
agree with the customer, we really take on an obligation to provide
support when we provide service...so the catchall makes sense.
