I have less then 500 meg on my Raq 3 and I am never able to backup the
"All server Configuration" using the GUI.

Try using the scheduled backup, just ftp it to a folder on your raq and
download it later.
Or if you have a Ftp server on your home computer you could send it
directly their.

The location box should be in this format.
ftp://username@xxxxxxxxxxxx/users/backup/web/saved
Then enter the password in the password box.
