Re-started

I had the same problem when trying to get the srm.conf and/or httpd.conf

files to accept the *.inc *.phtml extensions on my RaQ4i. The end result
was
to reboot the machine. All attempts to restart apache with traditional
restart/reload commands were a waist of time.
