2. Also I can upload files thru my "admin" user name and passwod to few of
the domains but not in all. I've been informed that this is because I've
installed lot of domains on server and now I've use individual site
administrator password. However this is not feasible and does not sound
correct also. As normal action, we handle almost 100+ sites maintenance and
if I need to use different password for each than it would be a great
difficulty for us. What if we need is a one password for all the domains
without creating any users on those domains.

Use a different FTP server... The default FTP server only allows a user to belong to 32 different groups.  I hate this.  I now have different user names and passwords for each site.  The only solutions besides a new FTP server is ftp everything to the admin account and then telnet in, su, copy the files where they go.  The other option is to turn on root FTP access.
