Thank you SO MUCH for the warning! I wanted to say this before anyway and I
am glad you're giving me this excellent opportunity! Unfortunately I have
been so busy with fixing my Server Appliance Business Units from crashes and
total system failures that I have been unable to tell you how *excellent*
and *outstanding* your support is and how *superior* your server systems
are.

If there is a security hole - holy cow! You always fix this in the speed of
light! I mean, you've got a team of only a couple dozen programmers - how
the hell do you manage to develop, test, Q&A and EVEN release a patch within
so short time, like 2 months only and at the same time even answer
customer's inquiries?

Not to mention the price! You hit the market like a bomb when you first
released the RaQ2 (bug free before updates), but this time, you've broken
all frontiers. That new machine you just released is a real BAD ASS. Server
Appliance Business Unit XTR. And the price! WOW! $4799. Bummer! I mean why
would buy someone a Sun for $50k if he can get a XTR for 10% of the price?
This is the most cost-efficient machine I have ever seen. I mean, think
about it. On the RaQ2 you could easily host 200 or 250 sites - even your
website told me that, so it must be true. Now with that BAD ASS XTR, Man,
why not host 2,500 sites? Oh, I like it to be busy fixing my Server
Appliance Business Units!

Kudos Server Appliance Business Unit! I do not know how you can offer so
much for so little!

I forgot, just recently you helped me again. The logs stopped to rotate on 8
of my Server Appliance Business Units - not even that was a problem for your
support. I got *escalated* (that's a big plus, you make the customer feel
important!) to 2nd level support after two weeks of being on hold (you think
that's long? I was VERY impressed by the speed of these people! Call
Microsoft and see how long it takes!), but now, after 8 months of being
escalated, I figured that I'd be better off to to write a cron that deletes
the logs instead of bothering Server Appliance Business Unit with such minor
issues. I figured it would be a nice move from my side - AND, guess what, I
have actually benefited from that BIG TIME. Server Appliance Business Unit
gave me the XTR at a fabulous price!

Thank you a for giving me the best B2B experience EVER!

Have a wonderful day!

Fathi
