[cobalt-users] RaQ3 FrontPage Passwords

I'm having major problems with a RaQ3 - I have searched the archives and
found a few odds and ends that relate to this but no real "answers"... H E L
P ! <smile>
First the RaQ started to not allow re-activating FP extensions via the GUI -
I followed a post in the archive which explained how to edit the
fpx.httpd.conf - that worked fine... except now I am now longer able to get
the new FP passwords. They used to post via email to the admin mailbox...
now nothing.. the extensions are being installed I can see them via FTP, but
I can't even add a user using:
/usr/local/frontpage/version4.0/bin/fpsrvadm.exe -o security -a
administrators -p www.virtual_site.com:80 -u user -pw password -web /

It tells me it is unable to locate .htaccess at /web

Anyone....?
