this is already installed

i think is, i am on a cable connx in alaska, and I can send OK, this user is on a DSL wherever and
still cant

I tired EVERYTHING i can think of....

Comparing my RAQ3 to RAQ4, i notice that from the looks of it, my raq3 mail properties shows all the
domains, when on the raq4, it shows only a handful
