They're not that hard to find.

...and others. My one fear is that you need to get the riser cards from
the case manufacturer and ensure that they match up properly with the
slots you want on your mobo.
Check www.anandtech.com for a story on how they built and update their
server farm. Interesting, simple, and touches on what you want to do.
