Macase <http://www.macase.com> has one (KI-P01), and probably several others as well.
Do yourself a favour, at least if you're using higher powered processor(s) - Get a 2U cabinet. The 1U cabinets will get a mite hot, if you know what I mean (nudge, nudge).
Intel has a couple of very nice 2U designs at <http://channel.intel.com/business/ibp/servers/>, known as the SR2000 and SR2050. Pop in a 2-processor STL2 mobo, 2 866MHz PIII processors, a couple of 10KRPM scsi disks and a SRCU31 raid controller, and you have a very nice start for a server. (Not cheap, though - SCSI is expensive....) If you want to get a server on the cheap, use one processor and take out the raid controller. Substitute 7200rpm disks for the 10Krpm ones. Of course, you can use a generic ATX mobo and an Athlon processor. Hot-swap requires SCSI, though.
