Both the Qube2 and the Qube3 have "domain master = no".

Since none of my environments have PDCs, I do change "os level = 33" so the
Qube becomes the Master Browser.

As a work around I have created an account on the NT workstations for admin
with the same privileges as Administrator with the password used on the
Qube3 ... it works without an additional dialog box.

It is even described in the Qube3 manual on page 46, but its not working as
documented.  Perhaps I'm misreading the documentation, but this shouldn't be
necessary.
