Yes.
Tends to happen when you screw up the configuration for that particular
site and not the others. :)

Couple of possibilities to check out:
* The site records may be screwed up. I know you've triple-checked; do
it again.
* The registrar may be pointing to the wrong DNS servers for that site.
So even if the site is configured correctly, it won't work properly.
* The cable modem computer may have your DNS server as its DNS server.
Thus, rather than going through some other DNS to the registrar to your
DNS server and getting a problem, it's going straight to you and getting
a right answer. Do nslookups from several different name servers. I
often use:
* 198.6.1.1 (from UUnet)
* 200.12.63.2 (an ISP in Guatemala)
in addition to my own in order to ensure that the rest of the world sees
what I see.
