[cobalt-users] User not showing up in user list?

On my raq3, one of my domain names has  13 users.. but one of them, named
tortiz, isnt showing up. When I try to recreate the user, it says user
already exsists. I can login to domain.com/personal/ just fine with the user
and password I originally used to sign up that account, but why when I go to
the user mamagement list, that user doesnt show up.

This user does not have forwarding or vacation message enabled. (i read
somewhere the putting a " ' " in the vacation message can make a user
dissapear)
