http://www.cobalt.com/support/download/raq3.eng.html has an OS patch
which apparently fixes this. When you get to the website look for "OS
Update 3.0". Our RaQ3 is not experiencing this problem, so I can't
report firsthand on the use of this patch as we haven't utilized it.
