[cobalt-users] Scheduled backup failed

Hello All,

We've been attempting to backup all server, server config and user files
using FTP.

We have an FTP server running here in our local office on a dedicated
line/IP address.  Our RAQ3 is remotely located.

We completed the required entries on the Server Admin Maintenance Screen
(Scheduled Backup).  The RAQ responded that it has successfully located the
FTP destination machine.  We setup the appropriate user and security
permissions (and a default local drive destination) on our FTP server which
match what we had entered on the RAQ.  The FTP server is definitely
functioning correctly.

This morning we received an email from the RAQ stating:

Subject: Scheduled backup failed

backupset: complete
target:    complete
protocol:  ftp
resource:  admin547@ouripaddress

We could not locate the backup files on our local FTP machine.  Any thoughts
about why it failed?  Our dedicated line/IP address was active during the
night.
