[cobalt-users] RaQ2 Mail Server Not Working

Kind of a funky situation. It started about last friday. Users on the RaQ2
were unable to receive or send their e-mail (POP-before-SMTP is installed).
There were all kinds of errors from Socket to TCP/IP to invalid password.
After much trial and tribulation, I removed the qpopper (POP-before-SMTP)
and then reinstalled it. This stopped all errors and everything is running
fine now.
Or so we thought. I have tried to send mail to various users on the server.
This mail is not being received by these users. I have checked all mail
logs. The messages ARE being received by the server, but the message are
just not being sent to the mailboxes for the appropriate user. I ran
ps -aux and I saw MANY sendmail and procmail process in the queue waiting to
be run. These are the messages that need to go into the mailboxes. I have
rebooted the server and the processes are now gone. I assume that all the
mail message are now lost because the users still have not received them.
So, I sent some more tests. Still no delivery. I have even checked the
/var/spool/mail/username files to see if there is anything in them for these
users and they are totally empty.
Does anyone know what might be causing this and how I might be able to fix
it?
Any help would be appreciated.
