Login to telnet and su to root., type:
su
Then it will ask for the password. Type it in. (this is your root/admin
password)
Once you type the correct password, you are now the root user.
Once you are the root user, change your password... by typing:
passwd
Then follow the on screen instructions.
Now your Root password is different from your admin password.
This will not effect your GUI admin interface.
