On your server and any site create a user named "bob" or whatever you want
and give them a password.  Then fo to the GUI and click on Maintance and
then Backup at the top.... then click on scheduled (blue box) and fill out
the form using the username and password you just made.  Pick the Frequency
you want and the amount of files you want... I think you understand this
part... for the ftp part it can be confusing.  For the location you want to
use the format
username:password@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or
bob:12345678@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

then ftp to that domain and download the file from the users directory.
