RE: [cobalt-users] META FAQ Suggestion

Zeffie,

You're a good man. Definitely a little bit of a pain in the ass when
you're mad, though... ;)

Jeff tends to make it very clear that he's got services for sale; this I
feel is not ideal, especially since we *all* are happy to get paid for
helping others so it's kind of obvious. However, his signal-to-noise
ratio is certainly one of the highest and he does constantly offer real,
free help. In all honesty he's one of the most valuable members of the
list.

I don't know what you're talking about. I can count at least a dozen
people (you and me included) who make a strong effort to share what they
know with others *consistently*. Then there are dozens more who pop in
with an answer every so often. The people who did raqresources.com and
raqzone.com (maybe I have the domains wrong) want to help; so does
Carrie; so do I.

So dear Zeffie, you are most welcome to blow smoke (to put it mildly)
before you tell me that no one gives a damn.

Zeffie, I thought I heard you say a few posts ago that people should
keep their mouths shut if they had nothing good to say...

I don't want to start yet another flame war with you, just a simple
point: you're a much nicer, much more useful, much more palatable guy
when you're in a good mood. Next time you get mad, unplug your network
card for a little while, *then* post to the list. :)
