Hey Mark!
Don't I know you? *grin*
In this letter, I'm responding to your question. As a reference for everyone
else (and those reading the archives), I've put your question at the "top"
of the letter, and my corresponding comments underneath.
That way people can keep track of what I'm talking about.

Top-posting is when people put their response at the "top" of the letter,
and then the relevant quoting beneath... forcing others to read the response
first and have NO idea what the person is talking about (in context), then
have to go down and read the relevant quote, then go back up and re-read the
response now that they have a clue.

Top-posting is a big no-no, simply because it's so confusing to read;
especially when you're going through the archives and want to quickly find
content that is relevant to your particular issue.
It's a backwards way of replying.

Clear as mud?  ;)
