Not positive, but it looks like you've upgraded a library that had png
capabilities and the upgrade doesn't have png capability. Webalizer
creates png (portable network graphics) images instead of gif (graphic
image file) files, to avoid copyright problems with Compuserve.
See webalizer.org, follow the links to find the graphic libraries you
need, and get the RPMs (for linux i386) and install them; that should
make it work again.
Or ask someone else, who's got specific experience with
Webalizer/RaQ3i/OSupdate 4.
