Okay guys,
I have the domain name cobalthosts.com.
What I was going to do with it was list off all kinds of cobalt hosts
(duh)... dedicated server hosts, web site hosts, colo hosts, etc. - in a
searchable format (price, state, etc).
It was also going to have a forums section, and all kinds of stuff.
However, I haven't found the time yet to do this.
If y'all want to start setting up a *true* knowledge base, with the creme de
la creme of the archives, I'd be happy to open up the site to a couple of
the older (or more active) list members so they can post stuff till their
fingers fall off. :)
I'm thinking we could do this with something like GeekLog, but that wouldn't
work exactly the way I'm thinking; alternatively I have a fantastic FAQ
script I downloaded written in PHP that *would* work well (although you need
to know some html to get it to format the answers the way ya want 'em to
look).
With a GeekLog setup though, people could post a FAQ and then other members
could post comments and/or additions underneath that particular FAQ/Article
(kinda like what you'll find on PHP.Net in the manual errata section.)
Lemme know if this is something you'd want to do, I'd be happy to contribute
the space and bandwidth for it.
