My Netscape(never tried it with IE- horrible slow thing) does the HTML thing with the page in question
(Netscape® Communicator 4.76 on ME)
Dont know if Netscape has decided to follow the MS route and guess what its supposed to be, rather than the RFC route..
So I guess its not the DefaultType thought then....
