Yes. the xyz.com domain must have either a catchall (@www.xyz.com)
alias under one of it's real users, OR you must enter manually at the
bottom of /etc/virtusertable:
@www.xyz.com (use tab here not spaces) error:nouser User unknown
If you use the latter, then you must do:
# makemap hash /etc/virtusertable </etc/virtusertable
and then restart sendmail.

Doesn't have anything to do with it. But if you're not serving anything
you shouldn't be running DNS; every program opens up unknown
vulnerabilities on your RaQ. Why risk it?
