[cobalt-users] DNS (Raq3i) Setting up a primary

We are in the process of setting up a DNS here at our location.

It will be ns1.hooverfence.com at IP 63.163.243.2

We've registered as a Host with Network Solutions and we're coming up in the
WHOIS search.

Question:
Do we need to register the host "ns1" with our current Primary DNS
(Enom.com) first, before making the change??
When doing a ping on ns1.hooverfence.com, nothing exists.
