The most mind-bogglingly broken aspect of it (to my mind)
is that the cursor doesn't tell you whether you are in
insert mode or over-write mode. Every text editor since
the dawn of time has had this basic feature.

In many corporate environments you don't get a choice.
There are apparently some features that we get from
Outlook that will be useful. But so far all it's done
for me is raise my blood pressure.
