My Raq3 has two Frontpage enabled virtual sites. Ownership of all of the
files in the respective ..\web folders has changed from httpd to nobody. We
last published to web about a month ago without a problem. We have applied
the update patches from Cobalt, but did not apply the withdrawn OS update.
Is this symptom previously identified? Does anyone have any insight on this
issue?
