The only thing you can do is set $TTL to a low value say 1800 (30
minutes).(less?)
Some people use as low as 5 minutes (300).
Leave it alone for a day or two. (gets the TTL in Internet nameserver caches).
Then change the IP DNS and Site, also changing the $TTL back to 8640 (1 Day)
This causes Internet web servers to renew their cache every 30 minutes,
so you may be out about an hour at most.
