[cobalt-users] Mailing list problem

Hello,
   I am trying to set up a mailing list and when I try to send a message to the newly created mailing list I get back an email with
the following errors:

I set up the list with the name "testlist" and have the "Allow User Subscriptions to List" item checked and the "Allow Unsubscribed
Posting to List" item checked.  I have added one of my external email addresses to the "External Recipients" list, and have selected
none of the "Registered User Recipients".

Does anybody have any suggestions?
