Not if you stick by the Cobalt system. You have to add an entry on the ns2
server for each domain hosted.

I have several times made replication systems for RaQ DNS, that
automatically creates the necessary entries on the ns2 based on what the ns1
machine has. It updates the list of zones a set times per day, so you do not
have to do anything, if you add new domains to the primary server. If you're
