Re: [cobalt-users] Verisign Certificate

Hi Sean,
I had a similar problem recently on my RaQ3, although mine was relating to Self Signed Certs only, but I feel sure it is the same problem.
This may Help, I posted this yesterday to a different group, it seems your not the only one have the same problem !

I had this exact same problem (due to a spelling mistake) I tried clearing the browser cache
and everything else I could think of locally only to discover that its was definatly the RaQ
that was acting up. I gave up for a few days, and the problem was still around when I
returned to the problem, so I finally tried restarting the RaQ from the GUI, and after the
restart of a minute or so it was back, then I entered the new SSL Self Signed Certificate and
the problems seemd to have gone away. The new Certificate contained none of the details from
the previous one. :-)
Im sure that some of the more experienced RaQ users on this list will be able to explain a
better solution, and maybe even reasons as to why this happens, but if its a quick fix you
want, then try deleting the current Certificate, restart the RaQ and then create your new
Certificate.

Regards
Kul
