[cobalt-users] problems with ALCOM

Hi All
does anyone here use Alcom for there hosting? Are you having problems with
packet loss, i have been getting slow connections so i used visual route and
it says that 60 -70% packets are lost on there gateway. I tried lastnight
and earlt this morning.
Does this mean there network is over stretched.
They also say they have multiple backbone providers but i seem to alway get
the same route to them who ever i dial in with.
Anyone from Alcom tec support here explain this????
