spaces ... forget it ... ain't happenin' on any OS

Case insensitive ... NT only.

hi everybody...

happy new year!

i need to make up a dir specifig fix:

we need uders to be able to get url's as such

/my website/
as well as
/mywebsite/

we need to be able to look for the file with ou with out a space

also, it would be nice if we could loose the case sensitivity for this one

is this possible?
