[cobalt-users] restart Interbase Daemon?

Good day,

I've been searching the archives for an article about restarting the
Interbase server on the RAQ4.  For some reason when I use IBAccess or an
Interbase client tool on my machine to edit my database on my server, it
somehow locks up the Interbase Daemon.  I need to find out how to restart
that daemon w/o having to do a reboot.

The closest article I found was this, but it didn't help.

Any ideas on how to restart the IB Daemon??
