RE: [cobalt-users] Cron



The easiest ... create a text file with your cron jobs in it. FTP it up to
the server ... telnet in as the user that the job(s) applies to then change
to the folder where you ftp'ed the text file & type in

crontab <filename>.txt

I see Dan recommended the manual ... I will agree & recommend it for setting
up the text file.

I'm used to using linuxconf to control the crontab,
just had a nose around and couldnt see on the RAQ
sorry to sound so dumb
but what is tyhe best way to set up cron jobs?
