[cobalt-users] Automatic Sign Ups

Awhile back we had a lot floating around about the automatic sign ups on the
RaQ's.  Moritz Julian Ehlenz was kind enough to offer us his backend code
and setup a little site:

The front end script is the last piece that isn't offered on his site
(everything else he offered was plenty more than expected).  And since I
don't know a thing about Perl I just recently hired a programmer to work on
the front end script.  Is anyone interested in splitting the cost with me on
this?

SUBJECT so that the email isn't sorted into my Cobalt-Users lists folder.
