Hello All.
Being new to the operation and maintenance on a remotely-hosted RAQ3, I am
very interested in obtaining the group's comments and recommendations as to
a complete server backup/recovery process...essentially, a highly reliable
way to recover quickly if the RAQ dies. The server is equipped with Legato
Backup software as well as Arkemia; however, the Arkemia seems to require a
tape drive to be attached which I cannot do as the server is remotely
hosted.
Reloading 150+ websites and user accounts would not be a "picnic" to do. I
am hopeful a simple way (perhaps Legato) will permit a full "clone" type
dump on a scheduled basis to another backup "storage" server. What are your
recommendations and experience?
Thank you.
